Bill Gallo is a health economist and advanced statistician who draws on 20+ years of experience as a consultant and professional scientific investigator to offer solutions to organizations in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Author of more than 50 scientific publications in economics, public health, sociology, social work, gerontology/geriatric medicine, Bill is also an industry leader in academia.
Bill holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in epidemiology at the Yale University School of Medicine, where he subsequently held a full-time faculty position for 8 years. He is currently Professor of Health Policy and Management at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy and the CUNY Ph.D. program in Nursing.
Amit Pradhan has over 13 years of experience in the health care industry with expertise in research, reporting, modelling, advanced statistical analysis, and technology, including the software development processes.
Amit is a Naval Officer (Medical Service Corps) with the United States Navy Reserve, wherein he holds the rank of Lieutenant. He has worked in the private sector in management positions involving clinical simulation, health economics and performance improvement. Previously, Amit has held various research and academic related positions as a Health Services Researcher and Research Associate at major academic medical centers such as the University of Rochester Medical Center.
A firm believer in continuous education, Amit holds degrees in Medicine (MD), Public Health (MPH), and Public Health Policy, Law, & Economics (BA). He is currently working toward a Doctor of Public Health at the CUNY Graduate Center.
